SHIPPING (To US & the World)

We ship products to all over the world. Wether your are a US customer, or an international customer, we will be able to fulfill your order. Shipping to US customer is offered through USPS, UPS and FedEx. If you are a Canadian or international customer, we currently ship order using USPS Global Priority Mail. MSGDigital.com ships to our Armed Forces APO/FPO customers. The shipping methods used should be Postal Mail.

ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed upon receipt. Actual shipping time is contingent upon availability of merchandise and credit verification. Most orders are shipped the same day. No orders are processed or shipped on Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays. In the event of delays every effort will be made to contact you by phone or email. If the delay is due to backorder, you will receive notice and be given the choice to remain on backorder or substitute to another item or cancel your order.

SALES TAX

MSGDigital only collects sales tax on orders shipped within NY State. For areas outside of NY State, we do not collect sales tax. Canadian and international customers please note that MSGDigital is not responsible for duties and GST. You are advised to consult your local government import office if you have questions.

RETURNS

We understand that you may want to return your product(s) for a number of reasons. If you are not satisfied with a product sold by MSGDigital.com for any reason, you may return it for a full refund (less the original shipping and handling costs) within 30 days of delivery. Return must be received back in our return address within 30 days from the date of the delivery. All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please fill out RMA Return Form to receive return authorization number for a return or a replacement. Indicate your preference for exchange or refund.

MODEL & PRICE CHANGES

Manufacturers are constantly updating their product lines and eliminating some models. Should you learn of a new model on the market which is not listed in our catalog please call us for information. In addition manufacturers are continuously changing their cost prices. When prices are lowered we will pass the savings on to you. If a price goes up we may be obliged to increase our price. We will contact you in the event of a price change to secure your instructions.
