All returns require RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, which can ONLY be obtained by filling out a form below. We will reply with RMA number within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends). Please note, we do not provide RMA over the phone.

We understand that you may want to return your product(s) for a number of reasons. If you are not satisfied with a product sold by MSGDigital.com for any reason, you may return it for a full refund (less the original shipping and handling costs) within 30 days of delivery. Return must be received back in our return address within 30 days from the date of the delivery. All returns require RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please fill out RMA Return Form to receive return authorization number for a return or a replacement. Indicate your preference for exchange or refund.

The return authorization number must be clearly marked on the outside of the box next to our return address. The returned item must be received at the MSGDigital’s warehouse in New York within 10 business days from the RMA issue date to be valid. Returns received with invalid, expired, or no return authorization number on the outside of the box will be refused and returned to you. Please note: MSGDigital reserves the right to charge a minimum 15% restocking fee if these return procedures are not followed. Liability for lost or damaged items belongs to the customers. The item must be in saleable condition when sending it back for a refund or an exchange.

Please Note:
Merchandise returned without Return Authorization Number will be refused. All returned items must be new and in their ORIGINAL PACKAGING in order to receive refund or exchange. Accessories that are not in original/re-saleable condition will not receive full refund.  Return freight is the sole responsibility of the consumer.

Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be applied to your credit card. Credit card refunds may be made only to the same card used for the original purchase.  All defective merchandise will be replaced only within 30 days from the date of receipt. Return freight for exchanged/returned goods is the sole responsibility of the consumer. After 30 day period, all defective items are covered by the manufacturer's warranty and NOT by MSGDigital.com.
