Ordering and Shipping At MSGDigital.com, we guarantee fast order processing. Why? Because we know how frustrating it can be to find the product you've been looking for—and have to wait weeks for it to arrive. That's why we ship 95% of our orders the same day we receive them (if placed before 4pm EST on Monday - Friday).
Order Processing We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
Cut-off time for same day shipping: Order placed before 3:00pm Eastern Standard Time will be processed and shipped out the same business day. Any orders placed after 3:00pm EST, will be processed and shipped out the next business day. If you would like to place an expedited order and it is after our cut off time, please contact us by phone (516-414-4300) to find out if there is enough time to ship your order out the same day.
Shipping Methods MSGDigital currently ships orders using USPS, FedEx Express, FedEx Ground and UPS. If you would like us to ship your order with a specific carrier listed here, please let us know by requesting a carrier of your choice at the time of placing your order.
Returns We understand that you may want to return your product(s) for a number of reasons. If you are not satisfied with a product sold by MSGDigital.com for any reason, you may return it for a full refund (less the original shipping and handling costs) within 30 days of delivery. Return must be received back in our return address within 30 days from the date of the delivery. All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please fill out RMA Return Form to receive return authorization number for a return or a replacement. Indicate your preference for exchange or refund.
The return authorization number must be clearly marked on the outside of the box next to our the return address. The returned item must be received at the MSGDigital’s warehouse in New York within 10 business days from the RMA issue date to be valid. Returns received with invalid, expired, or no return authorization number on the outside of the box will be refused and returned to you. Please note: MSGDigital reserves the right to charge a minimum 15% restocking fee if these return procedures are not followed. Liability for lost or damaged items belongs to the customers. The item must be in saleable condition when sending it back for a refund or an exchange.
Please note: Refund will be given within 5-7 business days. Credit card refunds may be made only to the same card used for the original purchase.
Tax Any orders shipped to the state of New York will have sales tax added to their order totals. Any orders shipped outside of New York State are not charged with sales tax.
Backorder policies If any of the items on order are to be backordered, a notice will be sent by e-mail within 24 hours of order placement. Shipping prices are unaffected by backorders.
